We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources Division with a variety of administrative and recruitment-related tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee records management in a professional setting. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and leadership while contributing to meaningful projects that support our team and organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
- Screen employment applications based on established qualifications.
- Schedule candidate interviews and participate in the interview process as needed.
- Enter and maintain confidential employee data in the electronic personnel filing system.
- Audit and organize electronic personnel files for accuracy and compliance.
- File and manage sensitive HR documents securely.
- Attend and engage in HR-related training and development sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in college, university, or graduate school, and in good academic standing.
- Preferably enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
