General Job Description:
- Provide academic instruction in a small group setting
- Provide academic support in an Inclusion classroom
- Provide Specially Designed Instruction in a small group setting
Reports to: Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess or be eligible to receive an Ohio Intervention Specialist License (7-12)
- Must possess the ability to work effectively in an instructional setting with teenage youth
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members
- Must possess good computer and technology skills
SALARY:
Placement on the teachers’ salary schedule will be based on education, work, and teaching experience. The minimum starting salary will be at least $51,437 (pro-rated for the year). The contract consists of 188 days the first year, 184 days thereafter.
