Position Overview:

The Associate role is designed for a driven and ambitious individual looking to grow their sales and recruiting experience. As an Associate at Bridgeway Partners, you will play a critical role in the growth of our business through candidate placements and business development initiatives.

This position will support one of our established industry practices: Tax, Banking, Construction, or Life Sciences.

  • Strong sales and business development skills – ability to identify opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Project management expertise – capable of overseeing recruitment efforts from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – able to articulate value propositions and close deals.
  • Strategic mindset – able to assess client needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – skilled at managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage companies with strategic hiring needs in your assigned territory.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and present well-matched candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth conversations and assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
