Account Manager Professional

Licensed Sales Professional – Insurance Agency

Location: Franklin, TN (in-office)

Agency: Caroline Pistole State Farm Insurance

Are you energized by building relationships, helping people, and being rewarded for your results? Our growing State Farm agency is looking for a driven Sales Professional to join our team.

You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most while also planning for their future.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively call and follow up with leads (warm and cold) to discuss auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
  • Uncover customer needs through conversation and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Quote, present, and close new business with integrity and professionalism
  • Manage a sales pipeline and follow a consistent outreach schedule
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, asking for referrals when appropriate
  • Participate in community and networking events to grow visibility and generate leads
  • Collaborate with our team to hit individual and agency sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
  • Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone, over email, and in person
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Positive, coachable, and a team player who wants to grow with the agency
  • Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

    • If not yet licensed, you must be willing and able to complete licensing within a set timeframe (agency support available).
