Operations Specialist
Position Summary
The Operations Specialist ensures smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and system
accuracy across our Brand Operating System (including ERP and order management platforms).
This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone with prior experience in consumer goods
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Fulfillment
• Receive and log incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and ship B2B and B2C orders.
• Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies.
• Process returns and restocks per brand policy.
System Operations
• Operate ERP and order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, QuickBooks).
• Maintain accurate data for inventory, vendors, customers, and orders.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with internal teams.
Data & Process Management
• Maintain records of inventory movement, order status, and returns.
• Support reporting and analytics.
• Help refine workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Brand Representation
• Ensure operational excellence to support a premium customer experience.• Uphold brand ethos in all backend processes.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
• 1+ years experience in inventory/order fulfillment in a consumer-facing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify,
QuickBooks).
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Able to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site in Wilmington, NC.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with B2B and B2C shipping logistics.
• Familiarity with inventory, vendor, and customer data workflows.
• Understanding of brand experience in operational contexts.
Additional Details
