Location: Arlington, VA (in-office, coworking space)
Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $48,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, creative pet lover eager to grow their career in the sustainability or pet industry. As our Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you’ll help share Chippin’s story with the world — from wag-worthy social media posts to tail-thumping field marketing events. This is a growth-focused opportunity to make an impact at an innovative startup where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain Chippin’s social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our Pawbassador community to develop authentic, organic content that celebrates dogs and sustainability
  • Create and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Chewy to drive awareness and sales
  • Attend 3–5 local field marketing events per month in the DC–MD–VA area, representing Chippin with enthusiasm and creativity
  • Work closely with our field marketing team to maximize social media and PR opportunities from each event
  • Work with Chippin retailers to place orders and build relationships
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, brand partnerships, and sales initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships count!)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Familiarity with (or excitement to learn) sales platforms and digital advertising tools (Canva, Amazon Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves
  • A true dog enthusiast with a passion for sustainability and storytelling
  • Based in Virginia, able to commute to our Arlington coworking office 3-5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $48,000–$58,000 annually (based on experience)
