Growth & E-Commerce Manager

Role: Growth & E-Commerce Manager
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Reports to: Founder

About the Role

Sail Away Coffee is looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly organized Growth & E-Commerce Manager to lead our online revenue across DTC markets. This role owns the customer journey end-to-end — from website optimization and paid ads to marketplace performance and subscription growth.

You’ll shape how customers discover, purchase, and return to Sail Away across Shopify, Amazon, Target, and more.

Responsibilities

DTC (Shopify, Amazon, Target.com)

Own daily management of all DTC channels.

Optimize core KPIs: sessions, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, retention.

Improve PDPs, site navigation, landing pages, and merchandising.

Manage marketplace listings, reviews, SEO, and performance.

Website Management

Manage and improve the full Shopify website.

Run CRO testing across PDPs, landing pages, and customer journeys.

Track analytics and propose data-backed improvements weekly.

Subscription Growth

Increase subscription signups, retention, and overall LTV.

Build win-back programs (email, SMS, direct mailers, phone outreach).

Reduce churn through targeted incentives and lifecycle flows.

Email, SMS & CRM

Work with email/SMS agency to execute campaigns and automated flows.

Align campaigns with product launches and sales initiatives.

Build segmentation, A/B tests, and performance dashboards.

Paid Ads (Meta, Pinterest, etc.)

Manage and optimize spend, ROAS, CPA, and creative performance.

Collaborate with creative team to test new assets.

Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones.

 

Reporting & Analytics

Provide weekly and monthly reporting across all digital channels.

Translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Forecast revenue impact of campaigns, launches, and optimizations.

 

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles.

Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Amazon Seller tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build strategy.

Strong project management & attention to detail.

Experience in CPG or beverage brands is a plus.
