Personal Injury Paralegal

The Law Offices of Adrianos Facchetti, a Burbank personal injury law firm, is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented paralegal to support a high-performance personal injury practice. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage fast-moving litigation and pre-lit workflows with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and file pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and routine motions.

Assist with trial prep, mediation briefs, deposition scheduling, and document review.

Manage deadlines, calendars, court filings, and service of process.

Communicate professionally with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Organize medical records, bills, and evidence; prepare settlement demand packages.

Support attorneys with case strategy, research, and special projects.

Qualifications

1–3 years PI or civil litigation experience preferred.

Strong writing and organizational skills.

Ability to handle deadlines and work independently.

Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
