Role Overview: 
As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the core of CMC’s operational excellence, playing a pivotal role in managing and optimizing patient care logistics. You'll own your market, driving schedules, coordinating resources, and improving operational effectiveness. This role is perfect for proactive individuals eager to build their career, refine strategic skills, and deliver outstanding results in healthcare operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Operational Excellence & Scheduling: 

Own and strategically manage the scheduling of patient visits, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of our onsite healthcare services. 

Proactively communicate with facilities to ensure smooth coordination and preparedness for each visit. 

Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and operational roadblocks. 

Strategic Coordination & Tracking: 

Expertly monitor and manage specialized lab cases (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology). 

Collaborate with field teams and facility stakeholders to maintain a seamless flow of care. 

Develop tracking systems that ensure timely follow-ups and improved patient outcomes. 

Market Ownership: 

Maintain and optimize comprehensive calendars, ensuring all facility visits and specialties align strategically. 

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and market performance. 

Act as the central communication hub, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. 

Field Team Leadership: 

Confirm team readiness and proactively address operational issues before they impact service delivery. 

Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation. 

Act as the first responder for logistical challenges, providing swift, effective solutions.
