Store Manager

Schedule:

M-F 10:30 – 7:30pm

Saturday 9 – 5:30pm

6 Day Work Week – Closes Store Daily

Job Duties:

• Oversees the daily operations of the store’s dry cleaning and laundry operations
• Routinely works alongside employees in production and on the counter to complete daily production needs.
• Monitors inventory and supplies levels, production equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures that Yale’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
• Hiring, teaching, coaching and providing leadership to store crew members to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Maintain quality standards and great customer service while resolving any customer service problems.

Skills and Experience:

• Dry cleaning experience is preferred .
• Previous management experience, preferably in a retail setting, but Yale will train
• Work ethic with high standard for integrity.
• Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team.
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Follow-up and follow through discipline.
• Initiate action and achieve goals.
• Someone who is organized and detailed oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to successfully manage 10-15 employees
