Business Analyst

Description:
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Operations Analyst will contribute to a strategic program modernizing the client’s key IT systems and driving business transformation. The analyst will be involved across the entire development lifecycle — from inception and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer experience through effective escalation management and resolution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the multi-tenant auction platform supporting integrations and defect resolutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and DevOps teams to facilitate integrations and ensure smooth platform operations.
  • Oversee auction business rules, incentives, and configurations.
  • Support release management activities, testing coordination, and production validation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support within a software product environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; technical aptitude preferred.
  • Background in automotive or vehicle remarketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
