Marketing Internship – Harry’s on the Hill GMC (Spring 2026)
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: 10–12 hours per week (January–May 2026)
Compensation: Paid $16/Hr

Internship Overview:
Harry’s on the Hill is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for the Spring 2026 semester. This role is ideal for a junior or senior Business or Marketing major who wants to gain hands-on experience applying marketing analytics, research, and strategic planning in a professional setting.
Rather than focusing on content creation or social media management, this internship emphasizes data-driven marketing and the development of a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Harry’s values and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer and community data to identify trends and opportunities
- Review and assess current marketing strategies and advertising performance
- Assist in developing a data-informed strategic marketing plan
- Evaluate marketing ROI and recommend improvements
- Support promotional partnerships, including UNCA Athletics and local community sponsorships
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Business, Marketing, or related major
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing metrics
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eager to learn
- Interest in the automotive industry and community-based business is a plus
