Production Coordinator Intern

As a Production Coordinator Intern, you will join a team of project managers, program managers, and product developers who are responsible for the development and delivery of McGraw Hill Higher Education’s entire portfolio of products. Collaborating with colleagues across platform, portfolio, and digital product teams, you will help the team deliver our innovative new delivery model called Evergreen.

This experience will not only bolster your resume but also expand your professional network in a meaningful way!

 

This is a 10-week fully remote summer internship from June 8th – August 21st. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform quality tests on Evergreen content and courses prior to customer usage. 
  • Support the production team’s efforts to migrate all video content to a new delivery platform, which may include: 
    • Perform quality audits. 
    • Develop vendor process documentation. 
    • Manage project milestones and reporting.
    • Maintain tracking database. 
    • Report initiative progress to senior leaders. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program. 
  • Experience in or interest in project management. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about project management and educational technology. 
  • Excellent communication skills and excited to learn in a highly collaborative environment. 
  • It is helpful to meet one or more of the following qualifications, but it is not a requirement. 
  • Exposure to Smartsheet and JIRA 
  • Exposure to McGraw Hill’s platforms—Connect, SIMnet, ALEKS

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
