Account Manager Nonprofit Events

About the Role

New Wave Executives is seeking highly driven seniors, upcoming graduates, and alumni who are passionate about leadership, community impact, and meaningful career growth. 

As an Account Manager, you will oversee nonprofit outreach campaigns across the Tampa area, manage small teams, and play a pivotal role in building positive relationships within the community.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on management experience through a structured training program designed to develop strengths in event operations, leadership, communication, and client strategy.

What You’ll Do

Lead teams during community events and nonprofit outreach campaigns

Coordinate daily event operations, logistics, and scheduling

Manage client relationships and ensure successful campaign execution

Track performance metrics and provide campaign insight

Assist with training new team members as you advance
