Marketing Internship

Good work feels even better when it serves a greater purpose. Through this internship, you’ll join the Idea Ranch team to support Adaptive Sports Durango. A local nonprofit that transforms lives by helping people with disabilities explore what’s possible through outdoor sports and recreation. This is not a coffee-run internship. You’ll take on real projects that make a difference, including: 

• Revising and optimizing website content 

• Organizing and curating user-generated content (UGC) 

• Shaping email journeys and audience touchpoints 

• Assisting with merchandise development 

• Other duties as assigned You won’t be doing it alone. 

Idea Ranch’s full team and resources will be behind you every step of the way. This role is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience at a full-service advertising agency while contributing to meaningful, community-driven work.
