Social Media Specialist

A Social Media Retail Specialist develops and executes social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales for a retail company. Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling content across platforms, analyzing campaign performance, managing online communities by responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with other marketing teams. This role requires strong writing, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in social media platforms and marketing tools. 

Key responsibilities

  • Content creation and scheduling: Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule to increase visibility.
  • Strategy development: Execute social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals and contribute to increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices to keep the brand's content relevant and effective
