Position Overview

  • Title: Automotive Sales Consultant (Cars & Trucks)
  • Location: Lifetime Auto Sales – Orem, Utah
  • Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
    • First-Month Draw Option: Eligible new hires may receive a recoverable draw against future commissions to support your ramp-up.
    • Earning Potential: Top performers earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually (based on volume, gross profit, and CSI scores).
  • Schedule: Full-Time (includes evenings & Saturdays; closed Sundays)

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and qualify walk-in and online customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle needs assessments and recommend the best car or truck from our diverse inventory.
  • Perform dynamic test drives and highlight key features, benefits, and value.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, financing, and warranties to close deals profitably.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and CRM to convert prospects into sales.
  • Deliver sold vehicles with a 5-star handover experience (paperwork, features demo, thank-you).
  • Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores to protect bonuses and reputation.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (auto, RV, real estate, retail, or B2B).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Social Media and Computer experience
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to earn in a commission-only role.
  • Familiarity with trucks (Ford F-150, Ram 2500, Chevy Silverado, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major advantage in Orem market.
