- Collaborate with the content and communications teams to pitch, storyboard, and script projects aligned with firm priorities.
- Manage technical setup and logistics for shoots and recordings, including equipment operation, lighting, and sound.
- Edit content for various platforms and audiences, optimizing for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Maintain consistency in visual and audio style across products; ensure alignment with brand and messaging standards.
- Provide calm, professional direction to senior executives during on-camera and on-mic engagements.
- Coordinate with facilities and vendors as needed; manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Content development and posting for web and social media channels.
- Contribute to the team’s creative culture by sharing ideas, offering constructive feedback, and adapting to evolving editorial needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, film/media production, journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in video and/or audio production, preferably with some time spent in newsroom, corporate communications, agency, or government environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle production independently while incorporating feedback from senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects, or comparable tools).
- Strong short-format storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, tone, and visual coherence.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cultures and work effectively in a globally oriented context.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work across teams with professionalism and composure under pressure.
