Southeast Title Company is a trusted title and escrow agency committed to accuracy, integrity, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated Accounting / Escrow Processor to handle daily financial tasks and assist with escrow account management.
Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing wires and issue closing checks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform daily balancing of escrow files and accounts
Complete monthly reconciliations for escrow and operating accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with title industry standards
Support closers and management with accounting-related tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks and Intuit accounting systems
Knowledge of escrow accounting or title company operations a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
