Role Description
We are seeking a driven, B2B Sales Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales. Your day will include researching new opportunities, conducting initial outreach to prospects (via phone, email, and social media), and presenting our services as the key differentiator for restoration contractors.
Must be able to work independently within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This is a commission role with uncapped potential earnings of $100,000+ in the first year.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or similar fields. (B2B sales preferred.)
- Ability to generate leads and develop client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
- Familiarity with computer systems and online platforms. (Microsoft Office 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Monday.com, or similar preferred.)
