In this role, you'll play a critical part in transforming raw survey and market data into actionable insights that drive our marketing strategies and support business growth. You'll be responsible for curating, analyzing, and reporting on key trends and patterns, helping us to better understand our target audience and optimize our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Data Curation: Gather, clean, and organize survey and market data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Modeling: Assist in the development and maintenance of data models to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of survey and market data using a range of statistical techniques, including correlation and causation analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate key insights to the Marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns in the data, providing proactive insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to understand their information needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Documentation: Manage projects and maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analyses.
- AI/GenAI Collaboration: Work with internal AI experts to improve accessibility and deepen insights by applying AI/GenAI technologies to curated datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Market Research or a related area.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and DAX language.
- Demonstrated expertise in correlation and causation analysis, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data and present data with storytelling.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex data and identify key insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies with enough sufficiency to collaborate with AI experts to apply advanced technologies to the curated data sets(s) to improve accessibility and deepen insights.
- Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent Powerpoint and other story telling/ presentation skills
- Knowledge of the legal industry or market research a bonus
