Casadee is a design-led storytelling brand centered on the art of home — design, transformation, and the creative process behind it. From DIY projects to art, garden, and interiors, Casadee explores how spaces reflect who we are.

We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who’s passionate about design, digital storytelling, and content creation to help translate our visual world into consistent, engaging content across platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll support the founder in bringing Casadee’s ideas to life through:
  • Filming short-form content (reels, b-roll, behind-the-scenes, DIYs, design process)
  • Editing video and photo content for social media and blog platforms
  • Assisting on shoot days: capturing footage, setting up shots, organizing assets
  • Posting & scheduling content for socials and Casadee.co
  • Brainstorming & research: helping generate creative ideas or visual references for upcoming projects
  • File organization & content pipeline management (uploading, tagging, archiving)

 Ideal Candidate

You might be a student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Digital Media, Photography, Videography, Communications, or Design, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

You’re someone who:

  • Has basic to intermediate video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro)
  • Understands social media formats and current design/content trends
  • Has a strong sense of visual composition and enjoys creative experimentation
  • Works well independently but thrives in collaborative, creative settings
  • Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule (1–2 shoot days in Austin)

Tools & Skills We Value

  • Video Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Photo Editing: Lightroom or Photoshop (basic level)
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Meta, or TikTok’s native scheduler)
  • Bonus: basic understanding of SEO or blog formatting (WordPress, Squarespace, or Notion)
