Haircare Formulation Technician for Mini Lab

We’re looking for someone in a chemistry program or recently finished cosmetic chemistry school who can help us create and test new haircare products. We have the lab setup and several formulas and materials needed. You’d mix and experiment with ingredients to develop safe, effective, and great-performing formulas — especially for curly hair. And take instructions from our formulation chemists (virtually) as needed. We want someone who understands how ingredients work together and can turn creative ideas into real products.
