Learning Management System Administrator
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, new-school LMS Support Administrator to help our internal teams get the most out of our Learning Management System. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who communicates well, enjoys helping others, and is eager to learn the ropes of digital learning platforms.
You don’t need 10 years of experience — you just need ambition, great attitude, curiosity, and solid app/computer comfort. We’ll teach you the rest.
If you’re the type who likes to figure things out, help people, and build your professional skills while getting paid? Yeah… this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Support internal staff using the LMS — answer questions, solve issues, and guide users through features.
Help organize and update online training content in the LMS (course setups, document uploads, layout tweaks).
Assist with basic system configuration (no coding needed — we’ll train you).
Create clean, simple instructions and walkthroughs for team members (screenshots, guides, quick videos, etc.).
Track user issues, follow up, and make sure everyone feels supported and valued.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, HR/Training, and IT teams.
Learn a lot — this role grows as you do.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Energy & Traits:
Friendly, patient, and helpful — people actually like working with you
Communicates clearly and confidently (written + verbal)
Ambitious and hungry to learn — not afraid to ask questions
Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, dashboards, and software tools
Organized and reliable — you finish what you start
New-school mindset — you like efficient systems, not bureaucracy and headache
Bonus (but NOT required):
Experience using an LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, etc.)
Worked in customer support, help desk, admin, tutoring, TA’ing, or onboarding roles
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, or MS Office
If you don’t check every box — still apply. We hire for attitude and potential.
Contract-to-Hire Path
This role starts as a 1099 paid contract for the first 3–6 months.
We actively coach and develop you during this time so you can grow quickly.
Successful performance → conversion to full-time W2.
Pay increase upon conversion (based on contribution and skill growth).
We want you to win, not stay “intern” forever.
Why This is a Dope Opportunity
You get real experience with a high-impact role.
You build tech + communication + leadership skills that transfer anywhere.
You're part of a forward-thinking environment — no old-school micromanaging.
You’re supported, not just told “figure it out.”
You get to grow into a core team member.
