🌎 Youth Missions Trip Leader — Summer Adventure + Leadership Experience

Location: Based in West Chicago, IL — Travel across the U.S. (and possibly Costa Rica!)
Dates: Late May–Early August (11 weeks)
Compensation: Earn up to $6,000 — with travel + housing included

As a Missions Team Member, you’ll guide youth groups on mission trips packed with service projects, challenges, and unforgettable moments. You’ll gain real leadership experience, lifelong friendships, and a new sense of purpose—all while exploring new places and deepening your faith.

  • Lead and mentor middle and high school students on mission trips

  • Celebrate with your team at an epic end-of-summer retreat
