Clinical Trials Research Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Clinical Trials Research Assistant to join our research team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. This role involves coordinating multiple clinical studies focused on novel dermatologic and hair treatments, ensuring protocol compliance, and contributing to the success of our research programs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants according to protocol criteria.

Coordinate and schedule patient visits, procedures, and follow-ups.

Collect, record, and manage clinical trial data accurately and securely.

Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards.

Collaborate closely with a team of skilled dermatologists, research staff, and sponsors.

Maintain detailed study documentation, including source documents, case report forms, and regulatory binders.

Assist with IRB submissions, informed consent processes, and study audits as needed.

Communicate effectively with participants to ensure compliance and high-quality data collection.
