Job Title: Junior AI Engineer
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Objectives:
- To assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI models and solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- To contribute to the evaluation, testing, and optimization of AI algorithms and software components.
- To support data processing and management tasks essential for AI workflows.
- To continually enhance technical skills and stay abreast of AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities (to be covered during training):
- Model Development: Assist in building, training, and validating machine learning and deep learning models under supervision.
- Data Handling: Collect, preprocess, clean, and organize datasets required for training and evaluation of AI models.
- Algorithm Implementation: Translate theoretical AI concepts into practical code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Testing & Evaluation: Participate in designing tests, evaluating model accuracy, and reporting results to the team.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for code, model architectures, and processes for internal use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
- Deployment Support: Assist in deploying AI models and services to production environments under guidance.
- Maintenance: Monitor performance of deployed models and report any issues or anomalies for resolution.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to advance AI knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and not require any visa sponsorship now or in future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of related experience.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript or Java.
- Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, Pytorch or similar is an advantage.
- Understanding of Data Preprocessing techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location.
- Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.
Selection Process & Training:
- Online assessment and technical interview by Quintrix.
- Client Interview(s).
- 4 weeks of pre-employment online instructor-led training.
Stipend paid during Training:
- $500.
Relocation Reimbursement:
- Up to $1500.
