Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to help share our mission and strengthen our presence both online and within our local community.

Position Overview

This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and sustainable growth. You’ll support digital, in-studio, and community-based marketing efforts while ensuring that our message reflects the authenticity and mindful values of our brand.

 

What You’ll Do

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
     
  • Coordinate marketing communications, including photos, video content, design materials, and other creative assets.
     
  • Collaborate with fitness instructors and wellness practitioners to highlight our programs.
     
  • Support community events and partnerships — including wellness fairs, open houses, and mindfulness workshops.
     
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and mission.

 

  • Perform other related projects or tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) & willing to 
     
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing tools.
     
  • Proficient in Canva, Excel, Word, and Outlook

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
     
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. This position is hybrid, allowing you to work predominantly remotely. Expect a 10-hour/week commitment.
