Location: Remote
Hours: 15-20 hrs/week
Compensation: $350/month stipend

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Creative/Art Director Intern with an understanding of strategy and a creative edge. This role blends brand growth, campaign strategy, and creative direction. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder to translate insights into visuals, experiences, and campaigns that grow awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen Range Beauty’s position in the beauty market. Must be passionate about brand storytelling, visual identity, and content that feels like something. You’ll work directly with our creative team to concept, design, and execute visuals across campaigns, product launches, and social media — ensuring Range Beauty’s brand world continues to feel intentional, inclusive, and elevated.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to bridge marketing strategy with cultural storytelling — learning how brand, creative, and commerce intersect.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
  • Help shape creative direction across digital campaigns, social storytelling, and in-store experiences
  • Analyze performance of creative campaigns and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate on influencer, content, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Design visual assets for digital channels (social, email, web) and physical experiences (events, packaging)
  • Collaborate with the founder and content team to ensure consistent brand storytelling
  • Research and pitch design trends, references, and new formats for content
  • Assist with creative production planning, from shoot direction to asset organization

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Communications, Art Direction, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated passion for creative branding, storytelling, and culture
  • Strategic thinker who can connect aesthetics with measurable impact
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
  • Has an eye for typography, color, and composition
  • Understands or is excited to learn about beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand aesthetics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a strong visual sensibility
