The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-connected, and driven students to be the face of the Rentaba Movement. As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the key driver in educating your peers on financial wellness and bringing a revolutionary, essential service to the student body. This is a high-impact, commission-paid position designed to give you real-world marketing, sales, and leadership experience that looks incredible on your resume.
Key Responsibilities
Your role is to drive awareness and sign-ups on campus while maintaining Rentaba's positive, trustworthy brand image.
Campus Outreach (60%): Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy (online and in-person) tailored to your campus culture. This includes organizing micro-events, tabling, and presenting Rentaba to campus groups, clubs, and organizations.
Social Media & Content Creation (25%): Create authentic, engaging content (videos, photos, stories) for your personal social channels and student group pages, focusing on financial tips and the benefits of credit building.
Networking & Partnerships (10%): Identify key influencers, student leaders, and local businesses (e.g., student housing providers) for strategic cross-promotions.
Feedback & Reporting (5%): Track progress, report results weekly, and provide candid feedback on student needs and marketing effectiveness to the Rentaba HQ team.
What We Are Looking For
Status: Current undergraduate student (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior preferred).
Major: All majors welcome, particularly those in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or Entrepreneurship.
Network: Highly involved in campus life (clubs, Greek life, student government, athletics, etc.) and possesses a strong, active social network.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, organized, and a passion for helping peers achieve financial success.
