Insurance Internship

O’Neill Insurance is a growing, client-focused insurance agency committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. We are looking for motivated and driven college students to join our team for a paid summer internship experience that offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a successful insurance agency. Interns will gain valuable insights into the sales and service sides of the insurance business.

Internship Overview

As an intern at O’Neill Insurance, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from licensed insurance professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, participate in client interactions, and develop practical skills in insurance operations. Interns will be placed in either a Sales or Service track based on their strengths, interests, and goals, which we will help identify during the interview process.
