This Isn't Your Typical Internship

This isn't your typical "post to Instagram and make Canva graphics" internship. You'll become a weapon with AI-powered content creation while helping build the brand for a high-ticket B2B outbound agency working with M&A firms and tech companies.

Who We Are

At Axia Growth, we value integrity, hard work, and quality execution. We're building Axia to be the thought leader in outbound marketing, and as our first dedicated marketing team member, you won't just be supporting the brand, you'll be shaping it.

What You'll Do (15-20 hours/week)

  • Edit videos using AI-powered tools
  • Manage our social media presence
  • Help produce our newsletter
  • Work directly with the founder to refine messaging and brand strategy

Compensation & Growth

$500/month (paid bi-monthly) 

More importantly: This role has real growth potential. You're joining as our first marketing team member. If you excel and the company grows, there's a clear path to expand this into a full position upon graduation or as we scale. We promote from within.

You need to be:

  • Genuinely passionate about marketing and brand building
  • Obsessed with learning how AI can transform content creation
  • A strong writer with good creative taste
  • Eager to dive into the B2B outbound and M&A space
