Intern - Business Intelligence

INTERN – Business Intelligence

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Contribute to Nintendo’s Business Intelligence team to support our enterprise data warehouse, which serves as the central hub for data analysis 
  • Build cloud-native ETL pipelines by integrating data from various internal systems and third-party SaaS applications into our enterprise data warehouse, enabling business-critical analysis 
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and build data transformation pipelines, ensuring that technical and architectural guidelines are met while addressing specific business needs 
  • Build dynamic reports, dashboards and self-serve analytics tools in Tableau to empower business teams with data-driven insights 
  • Evaluate the performance of forecasting models by identifying key trends and proposing solutions for continuous improvement 
     

 

 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3.0+ GPA 
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2026 and June 2027 
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related field 
  • Experience with managing data in relational databases using SQL and/or Python 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders across departments 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 15 – August 21 
  • A completed Internship Questionnaire following application 

   

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. Housing and travel support will be provided for non-local hires.
