What You’ll Do

You’ll work with our content and learning design team to transform our leadership and learning materials into engaging, impactful, and public-facing online courses. You’ll also help us modernize content for platforms like Thinkific, Udemy, and Coursera — making it easier for people around the world to access our learning experiences.

Here’s what your days might look like:

• Elevate existing courses: Take current content and help make it simpler, sharper, and more visually engaging.
• Transform learning experiences: Turn PowerPoints, PDFs, and workshop content into professional-quality digital learning journeys.
• Use AI & design tools creatively: Experiment with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms to streamline and elevate our materials.
• Help us scale: Make our learning programs ready for wider audiences by helping us design for online delivery.

Who You Are

You might be studying Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or something creative and people-focused. More than that, you:

• Have a basic understanding of how people learn — and love making complex ideas easy to understand.
• Are skilled in Canva and knowledgeable about AI tools (or already experimenting with them).
• Enjoy writing, editing, and designing content that looks as good as it sounds.
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for learning new tools.
• Are proactive, collaborative, and excited to grow with a team that values innovation and purpose.
