About the Role
This is a career development position designed for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in a professional sales career. You’ll start with hands-on experience in both client support and sales, learning directly from experienced agents. While you will participate in sales activities from day one, your early focus will be on understanding products, supporting clients, and developing the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.
As you progress, you’ll take on more independent sales responsibilities and build your own client base, supported every step of the way by our experienced team.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support
- Sell, market, and service insurance policies, with a primary focus on Property & Casualty products.
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance through hands-on experience
- Assist clients with policy updates, billing, audits, and claims inquiries
- Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to reach untapped markets
- Participate in carrier training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Build lasting client relationships as you develop into a sales role
- Refer clients when appropriate to maximize value and earn referral compensation
Qualifications
- A passion for helping people and building relationships
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administration
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common business software
- Based in the Raleigh, NC area and able to commute to the office regularly
- Ability to obtain or already hold a North Carolina Property & Casualty license prior to start date
- (Preferred but not required) Bilingual in English and Spanish
- (Preferred but not required) Prior sales or marketing experience
