Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting various digital channels while focusing on developing fresh, "out of the box" content and strategies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen interest in the digital landscape and a passion for finding unique ways to capture audience attention.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the company CEO and administrative team to support various initiatives, including:
- Creative Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm and propose innovative and unconventional concepts for social media campaigns, video content, and digital ads to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms and the company blog, ensuring a unique and compelling brand voice.
- Trendspotting: Actively monitor emerging digital trends, platforms, and viral content, and propose how the company can creatively leverage them.
- SEO & Analytics: Support keyword research and campaign tracking, assisting in analyzing performance data to suggest creative pivots and improvements.
- Email Marketing: Help create, test, and deploy engaging email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails).
- Website Support: Assist with updates and maintenance of website content via the Content Management System (CMS).
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A proven ability to think creatively and solve problems unconventionally and a high degree of curiosity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred (A Plus, But Not Required):
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience or familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software).
- Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
Internship Details
- Duration: 1-3 months Negotiable
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week Negotiable
- Location: On-site at 702 Albert Street, Englewood, OH 45322 and remote (Negotiable)
- Compensation: $15-$20 per hour (negotiable)
- Start Date: Oct/Nov 2025"Flexible"
