Home Video Data Collection for AI Research

Compensation: Up to $1,500 | Duration: 2 weeks | Project Ends: January 31, 2026

What This Project Is:

  • Syntropi is collecting video data of everyday household activities to improve AI models that understand human behavior and home environments. 

How Your Data Will Be Used:

What You'll Do:

  • Install our camera kit (we’ll ship this to you) in common areas of your home (no bedrooms/bathrooms)
  • Record 1-2 weeks of household activity
  • Natural behavior only - no acting, scripts, or preparation needed

Compensation:

  • Up to $1,500 upon successful submission of required footage and min. hours
  • Payment via Stripe within 30 days of completion and return of equipment

Requirements: 

✓ All household members must consent - min. 2 person household
✓ English-speaking household
✓ Strong & stable Wi-Fi connection
✓ Age 18+
✗ Not available in CO, NY, IL, TX, or WA
