Business Development & Sales Manager – Hunter Mindset
Eco Logic Ltd. is looking for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on hunting, prospecting, and closing high-value deals. You’ll build a strong pipeline, meet with executives and property managers, and drive revenue growth in Class A and B corporate spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new corporate accounts and expand our market share
- Develop proposals, negotiate six-figure+ contracts, and close deals
- Manage relationships using Salesforce and collaborate with operations and marketing
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hunter with B2B sales success and a history of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong closer with experience in high-value corporate deals
- Skilled in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Industry experience in facilities services, textiles, or environmental services is a plus
