Marketing & Content Creation Intern - Herbal Medicine Business

About Us:
We're a growing herbal medicine education business specializing in online courses, subscription programs, and educational content. Our mission is to empower women to treat everyday illnesses naturally through accessible, science-driven herbal and functional medicine education.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic marketing intern to help develop and execute our social media and content strategy. This hands-on role will work directly with our founder to create authentic, engaging content that educates and inspires our community about herbal medicine and natural healing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and creating social media content across platforms
- Film and photograph content with founder, including educational videos and reels
- Edit video content and prepare for social media distribution
- Help maintain consistent posting schedule and engagement
- Track social media metrics and analyze performance
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with video editing and social media content creation
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Interest in herbal medicine, natural health, or wellness
- Experience with scheduling tools like Publer
- Understanding of social media best practices and trends

Schedule:
[10-15] hours per week, with flexibility around class schedule
