Summer 2026 Management Internship- Production Line Coordinator
What You’ll do:
Have you ever wondered what it's like to manage a team of 10+ employees? As our Production Line Coordinator, you will be managing your own team of production line workers. We want YOU to lead! The goal of this position is to ensure your assigned team is structured, organized, and meeting daily goals. What will you gain from us? On a typical day you will be accountable for:
You will be your team’s primary point of contact, their leader! This includes… leading, managing, and holding accountable your assigned production line team members. Overseeing the productivity, quality, and training for up to two production lines. Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment on your production lines. Other duties as assigned may include reporting daily employee attendance, and weekly shift scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. Tolerate moderate to high noise level in the production room. Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:
- Hold or are working towards a bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Leadership/Management experience preferred.

This is a 14-week internship program, here are the details:
Our goal is to build lasting professional relationships that will help prepare you for the modern workplace while also helping BLUSOURCE find our next full-time Blu Crew members. So, over the course of the summer, BLUSOURCE interns will learn about business operations, receive dedicated time and feedback from business leaders, have opportunities to make formal presentations to company leaders, and gain useful experience in their department.
Dates: May 11 – August 14
Hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday
