**Job Description**

We are hiring Regional Sales Managers.

**Job Responsibilities**

*   Develop sales strategies and tactics.

*   Provide market research and analysis.

*   Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition.

*   Provide recommendations for sales process improvement.

*   Manage and communicate with assigned customers regarding sales activities.

*   Closely cooperate with current distributors to build solid business opportunities and sustain growth.

*   Effectively discuss, negotiate, and finalize sales orders with customers.

*   Provide management with weekly sales reports detailing sales progress.

*   Perform other sales duties assigned by management.

*   Perform or cause to be performed all tasks that, in the opinion of the Company, are conducive to the foregoing duties.

**Job Requirements**

*   An energetic and motivated individual.

*   A diploma of higher education or above is required; majors are not limited.

*   Self-motivated and confident, demonstrating resilience to customer rejection.

*   No specific industry experience is required, but the ability to actively plan business meetings and trips is essential. A sales background is preferred.

*   Must hold a valid working visa (or other legal working certification) and a driving license.

*   Willingness to accept international business trips and an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.

*   Fluent English is mandatory. Mandarin speaking ability is highly preferred.
