As we scale, we’re seeking a BizOps & AI Recruiting Intern to support both AI-driven recruiting operations and business program management. This is not a typical internship — you’ll gain hands-on exposure to startup operations, AI recruiting workflows, and global business execution while working directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with the CEO on daily priorities, strategic follow-ups, and high-impact projects.
- Learn and operate AI-powered talent sourcing workflows for global tech and engineering roles.
- Manage and monitor Virtual Sourcer accounts, ensuring readiness, compliance, and performance KPIs are met.
- Support candidate coordination — including scheduling, tracking, and communication with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Collect, clean, and tag candidate and client data to support AI model fine-tuning and improve matching accuracy.
- Analyze recruiting and operational metrics to identify efficiency gaps and propose automation improvements.
- Attend company meetings, summarize key insights, and follow up on execution items.
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Who You Are
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable working with data, Excel, or automation tools.
- Curious about AI, business strategy, and recruiting technology, with a passion for improving efficiency through smart systems.
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with accountability.
- Demonstrated leadership or project experience through campus, internship, or entrepreneurial activities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred.
