Call Time Manager

Summary: 

Sarah Trone Garriott’s campaign to flip Iowa’s 3rd district is seeking a Call Time Manager/Finance Assistant to assist with fundraising operations and support the Finance Director in implementing a comprehensive finance plan for the 2026 cycle. Sarah is a Lutheran Minister, a leader at a food pantry network, and a Trump-district state senator who has won three consecutive competitive races. 

Job Description: 

The Call Time Manager/Finance Assistant is responsible for managing Sarah’s call time and supporting the Finance Director in achieving overall campaign finance goals. The Call Time Manager will sit with the candidate during call time, log all call data in Numero and related databases, create and ensure all call lists are ready and accurate for call time, complete any necessary follow-up calls, and work with the finance director and campaign manager to execute the set finance plan. Specific duties include: 

● Manage principal call time to hit raise targets and deadlines 

● Identify top prospects for principal call time 

● Assist with donor research and expand the principal’s new donor network 

● Assist the Finance Director in the management and execution of fundraising events 

● Manage correspondence to prospective donors and follow up on all call-time pledges 

● Assist with staffing campaign events and the principal

● Additional campaign tasks as needed
