Job Title: Case Advocate(Financial Processor), Final Action Team
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday- hours that may range from 8:30-5 while training, and then shift to 9-5:30 with an occasional late shift of 10:30-7. Hybrid-Tues/Wed in office and Mon/Thurs/Friday work from home.

As a Case Advocate on our Final Action Team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate processing of new life insurance policies. Your creativity, top-notch communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify all documents and information are complete and in good order for input.
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure new approvals are processed, set up, and assigned in a timely manner, maintaining clear communication to manage expectations.
- Take proactive steps to move processes forward, including regular and timely follow-up on cases as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to expedite and improve our processes and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, providing timely assistance and answering questions.
- Process other similar tasks relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate studies preferred
One to two years’ experience with inputting data into a computer system
An engaging, passionate and driven personality.
An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business software.
