Student Services Specialist

The Student Services Specialist 1 provides a full range of student services support, including assisting students in navigating college systems, student records management, registration, and eligibility. This role guides students through the enrollment process, maintains and updates student academic records, schedules new student testing, and works with Division Teams to advise students in multiple areas of College programs and processes, including:

  • Adult Education
  • High School Equivalency Testing
  • Enrollment and Registration
  • New Student Orientation
  • Assessment and Testing
  • Welcome Desk
