About the Role
Unity Investments is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone with 2–4 years of professional experience in private markets, alternative investments, financial services, or startup operations who is looking to build a career in investment operations.
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with investor servicing, and helping maintain accurate financial and operational records. This position provides hands-on exposure to investment processes and the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Investment & Transaction Support
- Assist with processing subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and investment closings
- Help maintain accurate records of investment activity, including transaction checklists and documentation
- Support cash management activities such as tracking wires and investor distributions
- Operational Support
- Maintain and update internal systems and trackers with investor, fund, and transaction data
- Assist in preparing materials for internal reporting and investor updates
- Coordinate with other divisions (investments, accounting, legal) on investment management requests
- Investor Services
- Be obsessed with addressing investor inquiries in a timely manner and with excellent customer service
- Support investor onboarding by collecting documentation, assisting with new account opening and AML/KYC checks
- Help prepare investor statements, communications, and other deliverables
- Process & Compliance Support
- Follow established operational procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Assist in documenting workflows and identifying areas for process improvement
- Help ensure that records and files are maintained in line with compliance requirements
- Business Development
- Assist the operations team in launching new subsidiary businesses and executing on zero-to-one projects
- Provide research and insights into industry best practice for new businesses across a diverse range of industries
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for subsidiary businesses

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services or startup operations
- Direct experience in private credit, private markets, or alternative investments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with financial data
