Under the direct supervision of the Return-to-Work Manager (Staff Services Manager I), Human Resources, the Office Technician (OT) performs a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the Human Resources Return-to-Work Unit. Position may be allowed limited telework opportunity.

  • Experience performing clerical duties (file, copy, process mail, answering telephone calls, data entry, creating or maintaining tracking systems)
  • Data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in order to meet or exceed established goals and deadlines 
  • Experience compiling reports, memorandums, guidelines and/or other written correspondence to internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing data and information
  • Experience tracking and processing invoices for payment
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • High degree of confidentiality is required for this position
  • Prior state service
