As an Associate Project Manager - Business Development and Campaign Management, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign business development operations, vendor communications, and vendor coordination.
Business Development:
- Prospect and onboard new store vendors for media placements
- Sell available inventory to new and existing clients
- Create and present proposals tailored to client goals
- Negotiate contracts and campaign extensions
- Support accounts receivable and client billing follow-up
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion metric
Client Success and Campaign Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for live and pending campaigns
- Share campaign kickoff reports and performance dashboards
- Assign store assets to campaigns and manage timelines
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and updates
Production & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate artwork proofing, print orders, and installations
- Communicate with installers and store vendors to ensure timely execution
- Collect proof-of-posting photos and manage campaign documentation
- Hire and manage market helpers for monthly media audits
- Oversee vendor payments and onboarding
