been running for six years through Phenix Technology, Inc. This program has graduated multiple
cohorts, with over 90% of participants moving into stable employment. For more information, visit

By the end of the internship, you will leave with practical skills, confidence, and hands-on
experience that can be applied in future careers across education, business, workforce development,
or nonprofit leadership.

Our Why
Phenix Gateway was born out of a vision to create meaningful opportunities for the
neurodivergent community. Under the leadership of Angel Sanchez, CEO of Phenix
Technology, the Opportunity for All Program launched in 2021 to provide training and
employment pathways for neurodivergent individuals. In 2025, Nicole Rand joined as Program
Administrator after a successful career in workforce development, further strengthening the
program and its impact.
The results have been transformative. Participants have grown not only in workplace success but
also in confidence, social skills, and personal independence. Several graduates now work parttime
or full-time at Phenix Technology, while others have gone on to succeed in diverse career
paths.
Today, Phenix Gateway continues this mission by partnering with individuals, families, schools,
and businesses to create more inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.
We invite students from around our community to come alongside us and gain experience
working with a neurodivergent population and making the workplace a place for all!
