Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (Primarily in-person with some remote flexibility)
Job Summary
Fourth Dimension Wealth is seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Developer / Relationship Manager to lead client meetings, deepen relationships, and help clients stay on track toward achieving their financial goals. This role collaborates closely with our financial planning, trading and research, and administrative teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes process, organization, and teamwork. This individual will be comfortable leading client conversations, managing multiple priorities, and leveraging established firm systems to ensure consistent, high-quality service. While prior financial services experience is not required, candidates must be willing to obtain Series 7 and 65 licenses (training and sponsorship provided).

Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and act as the primary relationship contact
- Partner with the firm’s planners, research, trading, and administrative teams to deliver comprehensive advice
- Engage clients in financial planning and investment discussions
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and requests
- Maintain detailed records and workflows through firm systems and processes
- Ensure client accounts and plans remain aligned with their goals and objectives
- Utilize established procedures to ensure consistent, efficient service delivery
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for improved client outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in a client facing service role in a wealth management field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with WealthBox, Nitrogen or other CRM systems or proposal tools preferred
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptable to both client-facing and back-office tasks, self-starter
